London, April 2009: Market Accents has joined the board of directors of the newly formed King’s Cross Business Forum (KXBF). The Kings Cross Business Forum was previously a Market Accents’ client through the Camden Council.

In March 2009, the London Development Agency funding drew to a close and Kings Cross Business Forum was handed over from Camden Council to a newly formed group of volunteer Executive Members which consisted of business owners operating and interested in the area.

The new Executive Members is now responsible for the leadership and administration of the Forum. The new structure is that of a not-for-profit company and it aims to continue and expand upon the energy created to date by the previous custodians of the Kings Cross Business Forum.

During the previous year, Market Accents had carried out research for Camden Council and the Kings Cross Business Forum that contributed towards the development of the newly formed KXBF Executive.

Noreen Cesareo, Principal, Market Accents said. “We are delighted to be involved in taking the Forum forward. It is a brave step and a very vital one. London’s boroughs are all dynamic but King’s Cross stands out. A hub and a meeting point, it is uniquely placed for growth and the building of a strong business community in the area.”
