Indeed the team at John Lewis continue building their brand story, year after year. No wonder John Lewis is a well-loved brand, a British icon, a trusted name. Because what they do and say resonates loudly with customers. It is an affirmation to their many loyal shoppers that John Lewis is still true to its brand promise. It is a brand that is alive and in touch with its shoppers, and it is managing to successfully spread its story telling and engagement across all channels.
